Pumpkin Bread from my Nana

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin, fresh (cooked)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp of each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, salt
  • Walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine oil and sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add pumpkin and eggs.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add to liquid batter and pour into greased and floured pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F/180 degrees Celsius.
  6. For two loaf pans
  7. bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
