Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1&1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons - leveled - baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add the 3 eggs and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients mixing well. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350 for approx. 40 minutes or until it springs back when lightly touched. Allow to sit for a few minutes on a wire rack and then invert and remove from the pan. Let cool. Serve with cream cheese spread on the slices
