Pumpkin Bread
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients. Bake one hour at 350 degrees in a greased loaf pan.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This is all about Fall for me- I make it every year. I ALWAYS double the recipe and add usually something fun to the second loaf: 1/2-3/4 cup of chopped nuts, dried fruit, choclate chops etc. get creative!
