Pumpkin Brownies

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour a 13 X 9 pan.
  3. Beat together the eggs, oil, pumpkin, and sugar.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Stir until mixed.
  6. Pour into pan.
  7. Bake 30 minutes and test for doneness.
