Pumpkin Butter
INGREDIENTS
- 15 oz can of pumpkin
- 1/2 c. apple cider (or orange juice, or a combination)
- up to 1/2 c brown sugar (to taste, I use less than half that much)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
DIRECTIONS
- Combine in saucepan over low heat
- Stir for 15 minutes as it bubbles, until it is thick and dark.
