Pumpkin Dump Cake

  • 1 29 oz. can pure pumpkin
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup melted margarine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix first six ingredients until well blended and pour batter into a 9x13" greased pan.
  3. Sprinkle cake mix on top, and then cover with pecans.
  4. Pour melted margarine over the top.
  5. Bake 50 minutes.
  6. Can be served with whipped cream if desired.
