Pumpkin Harvest Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 15 oz can of pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup veg. oil
- tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Frosting
- 6 tbsp butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 oz package cream chees
- 1 tsp milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- For cake - Beat together: Pumpkin,eggs,oil,vanilla
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir together
- In greased pan bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
- For Frosting - In small bowl mix:sugar,cream cheese, butter
- Add powdered sugar
- Store in fridge
