Pumpkin Pie Cake

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can large Pumpkin Pie Mix
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together the cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture for topping.
  2. Take remaining mixture and press into a 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk and 2 eggs together and pour it over the crust in pan.
  4. Take 1 cup of reserved mixture and add sugar and cinnamon to it; sprinkle over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Let cool. Top with dollup of whipped cream
