Pumpkin Spice Cake w/ Cream Cheese Topping

  • 1 Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 Can of Packed Pumpkin
  • 1/2 C. Water
  • Topping:
  • 1 - Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 - 8 oz. Fat Free Whipped Topping
  • 1/4 C. (or 6 pks.) Splenda
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare a 9 X 13 pan according to package directions.
  2. Mix together cake mix, pumpkin and water.
  3. Bake according to package directions.
  4. Cool.
  5. For Topping:
  6. Mix cream cheese and Splenda.
  7. Fold in whipped topping.
  8. Serve cooled cake with a dollop of topping.
