Pumpkin Squares

INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 1-2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1-15oz. can pumpkin
- 2 c. flour
- 2-1/2 t. baking powder
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1-1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- FROSTING:
- 1 (3oz) cream cheese
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 t. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy.
- Stir in all dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
- Bake in an ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan @ 350
- for 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost.
- For frosting, cream the softened cream cheese
- and vanilla. Add confectioners sugar. Beat
- well until smooth. Frost and sprinkle nuts
- on top.
