QUICK MACAROONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold in sugar. Fold in cornflakes and coconut with spatula. Add vanilla.
  2. Drop onto well greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake a 225* about 30 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
  5. These store well in a Tupperware in the freezer.
