Quiche Lorraine

  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 T chopped green onions
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 C half and half
  • 1/4 C Dijon mustard
  • 1 (9 inch deep dish) pie crust, unbaked
  1. Place the cheese, bacon and onions evenly into unbaked pie shell. In a small bowl, combine eggs, cream and mustard. Pour evenly over the cheese mixture.
  2. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until a knife inserted in filling comes out clean.
