Quick & Easy Chicken Chili
  • 1 pound ground chicken (can also use boneless, skinless breasts cut into cubes but I prefer ground chicken)
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, turn down and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on before serving if desired & enjoy!
