Quick & Easy Cream Cheese and Pecan Brownies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 8oz pkg. softened cream cheese
- 3 2/3 cups confectioners sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Stir in pecans, mix well.
- Press into a greased 13X9 inch pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining eggs until smooth.
- Pour over the cake/pecan mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 mintues or until golden brown.
- Cool on wire rack; cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen.
