Quick Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 t sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/3 c Mazola oil
  • 2 T cold milk
  • 6 large apples, sliced
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 3/8 c flour
  • 1/6 c margarine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix dry crust ingredients in 9 inch pie pan. Combine oil and milk, and pour over dry ingredients. Mix and press into pie pan. Mix sliced apples, cinnamon and sugar and put into bottom crust. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Pat down. Bake at 425 for ten minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 40-50 minutes or until apples are tender.
