Quick Broccoli and Rice Casserole

  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped Broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup Original Minute Rice, uncooked
  • 8oz (1/2 lb) Velveeta Cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Bring broccoli and water to a full boil in a medium saucepan on medium high heat.
  2. 2) Add rice. Stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3) Stir in Velveeta Cheese. Cover and let stand 4-5 minutes. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
