Quick Chicken Pot Pie
  • 4 Chicken, Cut Into Bite Sized (Great use for leftover chicken)
  • 1 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables of Choice
  • 1 pkg Country gravy, gravy of choice or cream of anything soup
  • Pie Crust, Bisquick, or Refrigerated Biscuits
  1. Oven Temperature: 350°F
  2. *Place cooked meat in dish; add bag frozen vegetables; add gravy/soup over mixture; place crust on top of mixture
  3. *Bake at 350 degrees until light brown

  5. *Can also be done in individual servings – place a shallow pan with water in oven and put individual oven safe dishes in the water – bake until hot and crust is golden brown
