Quick Hamburger and Potato Casserole
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 2/3 Cups instant potato flakes
  • 1 1/2 Cups sour cream
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbls. dried minced onion
  • 1 can (15 ozs.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (12 ozs.) corn, undrained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 Cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. In ungreased 9 X 13 baking dish blend potato flakes with sour cream and 1/2 Cup water. Mixture should be crumbly. If not, add more potato flakees.
  2. Pat firmly into bottom of pan. Brown beef. Add dried onion, remaining 1/2 Cup water, tomato sauce, corn, salt, pepper, and oregano.
