Quick Hamburger and Potato Casserole
INGREDIENTS

- 2 2/3 Cups instant potato flakes
- 1 1/2 Cups sour cream
- 1 Cup water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbls. dried minced onion
- 1 can (15 ozs.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (12 ozs.) corn, undrained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 Cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In ungreased 9 X 13 baking dish blend potato flakes with sour cream and 1/2 Cup water. Mixture should be crumbly. If not, add more potato flakees.
- Pat firmly into bottom of pan. Brown beef. Add dried onion, remaining 1/2 Cup water, tomato sauce, corn, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Spoon beef mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with
- cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 - 30 minutes.
