Quick Pepper-Beef Steak and Rice

  • 1 box SteakUms
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Julienned
  • 1 White Onion, Julienned
  • 1 package brown gravy mix with water to prepare
  • seasonings to taste
  • Prepared Rice to serve with
  1. Slice Onions and Peppers before cooking beef. In medium skillet, break steakums into small strips and brown. Add peppers and onions and continue to cook until vegetables are tender. Prepare the brown gravy mix according to directions, and pour into the meat and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over white rice.
