Quick Tex-Mex Rice
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 1 cup chunky picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp chicken broth granuales
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, salsa, cilantro and broth to a boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 6 - 8 min. or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 6
