Quick Three Meat Calzone
  • 1 lb bag frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • 1 (6oz) pk pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb pan sausage, browned & drained
  • 1 (6oz) pk canadian bacon
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the dough into quarters and shape into 4 balls. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the pepperoni, sausage, bacon, sauce and mozzarella. Roll or pull each ball into a 7-inch circle. Spoon 1/4 of the filling onto the center of each. Fold over and pinch the edges together.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and brush with the oil. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden.
