Quick and EZ Salsa

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 (16-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 6 whole green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped, pickled jalapeno
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine tomatoes, salt, sugar, onions, garlic, jalapeno, olive oil and lime juice. Add cilantro to taste. Toss together and chill.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
