Quick and Easy Ceaser Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 anchovy filets
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon (aprox ¼ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. In small food processor chop garlic and anchovies. Mix in mustard and lemon juice. Add olive oil as the dressing mixes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. The dressing will be very thick, do not dilute. Toss well.
