Quincy Jones Ribs

  • 5 lbs. baby back ribs
  • 2 green peppers thinly sliced
  • 2 yellow peppers thinly sliced
  • 2 red peppers thinly sliced
  • 2 onions thinly sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Rub
  2. chopped garlic and jalapeno peppers onto
  3. ribs. Layer sliced peppers and onions on
  4. top of ribs. Wrap in foil and place in frig
  5. up to 48 hours. When ready to prepare,
  6. unwrap ribs and let come to room temperature,
  7. about one hour. Bake @ 300 degrees for
  8. 8 hours. Serves 4.
