Quinoa and Veggie Power Bowl

  • 1 cup. Dry Quinoa, cooked
  • 4 Radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup. zucchini, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup. Carrots, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup. Green Onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup. Toasted Sesame Seeds, optional
  • 1/4 cup. Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Grape Seed oil
  • 3 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • Black Pepper & Sea Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. First, cook your quinoa. Let it cool and fluff it with a fork.
  2. Stir in all other ingredients.
  3. Adjust your oils, vinegars, and seasonings to your liking.
  4. Serve Chilled
