  • 270g Oats rolled
  • 2 scoops of Onest Whey Protein Chocolate
  • 240g Almond butter
  • 80g Almond Flakes
  • 40g Coconut Flakes
  • 100ml Maple Syrup Sugar Free
DIRECTIONS
  1. Line a medium tray with Baking paper and set aside
  2. In a large mixing bowl add the Oats, Almond, Coconut and Protein powder mix well and set aside
  3. In a bowl over bain marie mix the Almond butter with the Maple syrup and melt until combined
  4. Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix together until totally incorporated.
  5. You may need to add a little bit of liquid to correct the texture of the mixture in this case you can use any Milk (Almond, Soy, Cashew..)
  6. Pour the mixture in to the tray, press it with the hands to make sure it sticks together
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Slice in12 bars
