RICK'S HAM AND ARTICHOKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain artichoke hearts.
  2. Cut large pieces in half.
  3. Marinate in Italian dressing 2 to 4 hours.
  4. Cut ham in strips 1 inch wide and wrap around pieces of artichoke.
  5. Secure with toothpick.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on ham and artichoke.
  8. Bake 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
  9. May be served hot or cold.
  10. Yields 20 to 25 appetizers.
