INGREDIENTS

- Servings: 30 & 50
- Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 3 lb ground beef
- 3 diced onions
- 3 cans kidney beans, drained
- 3 cans butter beans, drained
- 3 cans green beans, drained
- 3 large cans pork and beans or baked beans
- 2 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 c ketchup
- 3 tsp dry mustard
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- Bacon bits, optional
- Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 5 lb ground beef
- 5 diced onions
- 5 cans kidney beans, drained
- 5 cans butter beans, drained
- 5 cans green beans, drained
- 5 large cans pork and beans or baked beans
- 3 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3 c ketchup
- 4 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 9 tbsp vinegar
- Bacon bits, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Brown ground beef with onion. Drain well.
- Mix all ingredients and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Place in lined crock pots and heat on low for 3-4 hours.
