  • Ingredients for 30 servings:
  • 5 - 25 oz bag frozen ravioli
  • 5 - 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 10 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c parmesan cheese for sprinkling
  • Ingredients for 50 servings:
  • 8 - 25 oz bag frozen ravioli
  • 8 - 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 17 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 1/2 c parmesan cheese for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dishes.
  2. Spread about 3.75 c sauce into bottom of each baking dish.
  3. Arrange half of frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  4. Top with half of the remaining sauce and half of the mozarella cheese.
  5. Repeat layers starting with what's left of the frozen ravioli. Finish by topping with remainder of the sauce and mozarella. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes then serve.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Try mixing it up with ravioli stuffed with beef, chicken, or spinach. You can also add things like pepperoni slices, sausage, fresh basil leaves, veggies, or garlic for added variety. Alfredo sauce can replace the marinara sauce. Enjoy!
