RMHC-EIWI Easy Ravioli Bake Recipe - 30 & 50 serving sizes
INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 5 - 25 oz bag frozen ravioli
- 5 - 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 10 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 c parmesan cheese for sprinkling
- Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 8 - 25 oz bag frozen ravioli
- 8 - 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 17 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 1/2 c parmesan cheese for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dishes.
- Spread about 3.75 c sauce into bottom of each baking dish.
- Arrange half of frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
- Top with half of the remaining sauce and half of the mozarella cheese.
- Repeat layers starting with what's left of the frozen ravioli. Finish by topping with remainder of the sauce and mozarella. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes then serve.
