Raisin - Pecan Pies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 50
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons Margarine
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 egg whites
- 2 8 inch pie shells (I just use frozen)
DIRECTIONS
- Beat egg yolks. Cream sugar and margarine. Add to yolks. Add raisins and chopped Pecans, then vinegar and vanilla. Beat egg whites until foamy (not stiff). Fold into mixture. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes
