Raspberry Mallow Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 35 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg. sweetened frozen raspberries (10 oz)
- 1 carton frozen whipped topping, thawed (8 oz)
- 1 graham cracker crust (9") (I would bake this, it would be easier to get this out of the pan.
DIRECTIONS
- IN large microwave safe bowl, combine marshmallows and milk.
- Cover and cook on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until marshmallows are melted. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in raspberries.
- fold in whipped topping.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill until set.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
- This recipe was tested in a 1100 watt microwave.
