- 1 cup raw Quaker Whole oats
- 1 cup soy vanilla milk
- 1 dopper of stevia
- 1/2 cup of nuts
- 1 bannana
- unsweetened dates
DIRECTIONS
- put all dry ingredients in a med bowl.
- add bannana and soy milk,stevia or sweetener.
- enjoy!
