Raw Thin-Mint Brownies
  • 1 c walnuts
  • 1 and 1/3 c pitted dates
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 5 T cocoa powder
  • A few drops of pure peppermint extract
  • Optional: add chocolate chips for even more chocolate flavor
  • Optional: tiny dash of salt (recommended)
  1. Directions: Combine all ingredients, using a hand mixer. Form into brownies or balls or bars… or even cookie-cuttered shapes!
