Razzleberry Lemonade
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed (12 oz. each)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen red raspberries, divided
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 2 liter bottle club soda
  • 1 lemon, sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend lemonade, one cup raspberries and sugar in a blender.
  2. Strain to remove seeds. Pour back into blender; add 2 cups ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide between two 2 quart pitchers; add ice to fill. Top with club soda.
  4. Garnish individual servings with lemon slices and remaining raspberries.
  5. Makes one gallon.
