Reba McEntires Praline Sweet Potato Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- Topping
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Mash potatoes; add salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, melted margarine and eggs.
- Put into greased casserole.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
