Red Lobster's Citrus CousCous

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 ounces dry couscous
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped mint
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 can small mandarin oranges
DIRECTIONS
  1. # Place water, salt, sugar, pepper and olive oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. # Remove from heat and add couscous cover and let stand for about 7 minutes.
  3. # Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs.
  4. # Let stand for 2-3 minutes
