Red Wine Sauce for Roast Prime Rib

- 1 cup dry red wine
- 2 cups beef broth/dripping from roast beef
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp water
- Rosemary sprigs
DIRECTIONS
- Mix broth, pan drippings and wine. Boil in a saucepan until it is reduced by half. Then add remaining sauce ingredients. Granish with rosemary.
- Serve sauce over meat and enjoy!
