Red Wine Sauce for Roast Prime Rib
  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 2 cups beef broth/dripping from roast beef
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Rosemary sprigs
  1. Mix broth, pan drippings and wine. Boil in a saucepan until it is reduced by half. Then add remaining sauce ingredients. Granish with rosemary.
  2. Serve sauce over meat and enjoy!
