Refried Beans Zoila Style

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb of pinto beans
  • 6-8 cups water
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons lard
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook beans in water add onions garlic until very soft(pinch it).
  2. Mash the beans in their water until you get desired consistence.
  3. You may need to add a little more or less water.
  4. In a fry pan add lard let it melt and add bean mixture.
  5. Stir and cook until desired consistence.
