Refrigerator Pickles
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 c. sliced cucumbers
  • 1 c. slice onion
  • 1 c. green pepper (optional)
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Place in jar, refrigerate.
  3. The pickles will be ready in 24 hours and will keep up to 6 months.
