Remoulade Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 C mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green onion (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
DIRECTIONS
  1. mix together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving
