• Rye Sandwich Bread ( I prefer the Deli Swirl of Rye and Pumpernickel),
  • Can of Sweet Sauerkraut with Caraway Seeds (or small can of Frank's Hotdog Sauerkraut),
  • Deli Corned Beef, Sliced
  • Swiss Cheese, Sliced
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • Butter
  1. Lightly butter one side of two slices of bread (for each sandwich),
  2. Place bread butter side down on hot plate or griddle,
  3. Place slice of Swiss on each piece of bread (if you like it cheesier, you can add up to 2 slices on each slice of bread),
  4. Heat sauerkraut in pan,
  5. Add sliced corned beef on top of cheese,
  6. Assemble sandwich and grill until bread is browned,
  7. When sandwich is browned, add to the inside of sandwich DRAINED sauerkraut,
  8. Add to the inside of sandwich Thousand Island Dressing,
  9. Reassemble, and Eat!!!
