Rib Eye Steaks with Creole Sauce
  • 2(6 to 8oz) Rib Eye Steaks or Steak
  • of your choice
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, NO
  • substitutes
  • 1 tablespoon creole mustard
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced OR 1
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Grill steaks on the grill as you normally would, grilling until desired doneness is acquired. Meanwhile, make the Creole sauce. Over medium heat, in a small saucepan, heat butter, mustard, half-and-half, chives and celery seed. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce has thickned; add garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Serve steaks topped with warm sauce. OH so yummy! :)
