Rice Cooker Pull-Apart Pizza Bread

  • 1 container of pre-made biscuit dough
  • 1 package of pepperoni
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan
  • Dried oregano(Depends on how much you want)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take a round of biscuit dough, stuff with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and seal the dough.
  2. Brush olive oil over biscuit ball, and sprinkle Parmesan and dried oregano on each round.
  3. Transfer biscuit balls into the rice cooker, layering as you go. Add a bit more Parmesan and dried oregano as you layer.
  4. Set rice cooker to cook. If your rice cooker has a timer, set it to 2 hours. If it doesn't have a timer, this will take 2 white rice cycles. Note: All rice cookers are different, so be sure to check your rice for done-ness.
  5. Remove from the rice cooker, turn over and out. Serve with heated marinara sauce.
