Risotto

- 1 C sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 C rice
- 1/3 C Chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine/butter
- 1 C chicken broth
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 tsp. dried sage, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
- 1.) Cook mushrooms, rice, and green pepper in medium saucepan in margarine until pepper is tender
- 2.) remove from heat. stir in broth, water, sage, and pepper/
- 3.) bring to a bowl; reduce heat. cover and simmer for 15 minutes
- 4.) remove from heat and let cool. sprinkle with cheese
