Ritz-Skor Bars

  • 1 box - original Ritz Crackers
  • 1 can – sweetened condensed milk (regular sized can)
  • 1 cup - semi-sweet chocolate chips (smaller ones are better)
  • 1 cup - crushed Skor bars
  1. Crush the Ritz crackers in the bag they came in (Not for too long; you don't want them to turn into a powder)
  2. In a large bowl combine the broken-up Ritz crackers, one cup of the semi sweet chocolate chips, one cup of the crushed Skor bar and one can of the sweetened condensed milk. Mix all the ingredients together until it looks like they are covered with in the condensed milk.
  3. Place a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of a 9X13 baking pan.
  4. Flatten all the ingredients evenly on pan.
  5. Bake for 15 min at 325F. Time may vary by oven.
  6. Pull from oven when golden brown
  7. Let it cool before cutting. Tip: Cool in fridge for 20-30 min before cutting it.
