Roadhouse Potates
  • 1 32-oz bag Southern Style Hashbrowns (the little square chunks)
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped fine
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 pint Sour Cream
  • 1 small Cheez Whiz
  • 1/2 cup crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  1. 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  2. Directions:
  3. Combine first 8 ingredients and place in a large, greased casserole.
  4. Combine Corn Flakes with the melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Note: Depending on the casserole dish that I use, (round or square), sometimes I double the amount of Corn Flakes & Butter that I use in order to cover completely.
