Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 2-3 Lbs Fresh Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Green Goddess Dressing
  • Sriracha Sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut brussel sprouts in half.
  2. Mix olive oil and Green Goddess Dressing together.
  3. Toss brussel sprouts in mixture and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Drizzle sriracha on brussel sprouts. (Add to taste)
  5. Bake 20 minutes @ 400 degrees.
  6. Toss sprouts again then bake an additional 10 minutes.
