Roasted Cauliflower
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup salt and pepper.
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and pat dry 1 head of cauliflower.
  3. Break apart cauliflower into large chunks. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add 1/4 cup (more or less may be used depending on size of cauliflower head), salt and pepper. Toss to coat cauliflower.
  5. Place in a shallow baking pan. Roast in oven stirring frequently until golden brown.
