Roasted Rosemary Fingerlings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds of fingerlings
- 1 T. of fresh rosemary
- 1 T. of olive and salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
- At the farmers market find these potatoes.
- Pre-heat oven to 425. Wash 2 pounds of fingerlings in cool water, pat dry ahnd slice into 1/2" slices. Mix together 1 T. of olive and salt & pepper, 1 T. of fresh rosemary chopped. Add fingerlings and coat thoroughly. Place on baking sheet and bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
