Romaine Remedy
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small romaine leaves
  • 1 beet (I use steamed beets in the vacuum package)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • Scoop of protein powder (your choice)
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 6-7 mint leaves
  • Coconut water (approx 3/4 cup)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place ingredients in high speed blender (I use Nutribullet). Blend about 45-60 seconds. Pour & enjoy.
